Common Questions

I didn't receive my download link after payment.

Check your spam/junk folder first — it sometimes ends up there. If it's not there after 10 minutes, email us with your order reference and we'll resend it immediately.

My download link has expired. Can I get a new one?

Yes. Download links expire after 48 hours. Email us at support@skillshelf.online with your order reference and we'll generate a fresh link for you at no extra charge.

I'd like a refund. How do I request one?

We offer a 7-day refund if you have not yet downloaded the product. Email us your order reference and we'll process the refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Can I use the products for my students or share them?

Products are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed. If you need a group or institutional licence, email us and we can discuss a suitable arrangement.

Response time

We aim to reply within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, WAT). During busy periods like JAMB season, it may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
