Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee
Skillshelf offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on every digital guide, ebook, and prompt pack sold on this site. If a product does not meet your expectations and you have not yet downloaded the file, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be received within 7 calendar days of the original order timestamp.
- The product file must not have been downloaded, OR you must demonstrate the product materially differs from its description.
- Bundle purchases are refunded in full; we do not refund individual products inside a bundle.
- Promo-code, flash-sale, and clearance purchases follow the same 7-day window unless the offer page explicitly states "all sales final".
How to request a refund
- Submit the Refund Request form, including the order reference (sent to your email at purchase) and the reason for the request.
- Alternatively, email support@skillshelf.online with the same details.
- Our team reviews every request manually within 2 business days. We may ask one or two clarifying questions if the situation isn't clear from the form.
- Once approved, the refund is initiated immediately to your original payment method.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Paystack. The funds typically settle within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. International card refunds may take an additional 2–3 days to appear on your statement due to cross-border settlement timelines outside our control.
We do not charge any processing fee for refunds. The refund is for the full amount you paid, in ₦.
What is not eligible for a refund
- Requests made more than 7 calendar days after the purchase date.
- Products that have been downloaded AND used, where no material defect or misdescription is alleged.
- Products marked "All sales final" on their listing page (clearly indicated before purchase).
- Services delivered in person (none currently offered — this clause is reserved for future workshop products).
Chargebacks & disputes
If you believe a refund has been wrongfully denied, please first email support@skillshelf.online so we can review your case. We resolve the overwhelming majority of disputes directly.
Initiating a chargeback through your card issuer or bank without first contacting us is discouraged because it delays resolution. We respond to all official chargeback notifications from Paystack and our acquiring bank with the order record, delivery confirmation, and any prior correspondence.
